Page Plum™ is an interesting mix of drama queen and tomboy. She taps into her creative side by being involved in all the school plays and hunting for a stories to write about for the school newspaper. She can also be intense when discussing a topic for her debate club. Page is focused on excelling in everything she does.
Being the youngest of four children and the only girl in the family, she is used to hanging out with the boys. She grew up playing softball with her brothers and would rather hang out with her friends than go home. Her mother died when she was very young and her father is always busy with work and coaching her brothers’ sporting events. Her brothers are Patrick, Peter and Preston.
Page and Holly have a close bond since they each have single parents. She also keeps a close eye on Basil to make sure that no one bothers him. Daisy’s adventures with the rest of the gang give Page another outlet for her creativity and energy.
Page is always pushing for attention because she doesn’t get a lot of attention at home from her father or her three brothers. The boys are each caught up in their own world and Mr. Plum means well, and loves his daughter, but doesn’t know how to relate to her. It is easier for him to connect with the boys through sports, which is why he coaches their teams. Page finds herself after school a lot while involved in various activities, or at the clubhouse working on adventures with her friends. Although Preston, who is closer to her in age, will hang out and play baseball together when neither one is busy with their own friends.
