Cross
© 2011 Clubhouse Enterprises Inc.Cross Archer™ is very athletic, but she is also focused on her studies. She is adventurous and outgoing. Her passion is tennis and she is usually wearing some type of tennis outfit that her mother has made. She plays on the amateur tennis circuit and is ranked top 10 in the nation for her division.
Cross has high self esteem, is motivated and very energetic. She is always moving and doing things but she is also sensitive and good listener. She has friends through tennis but she loves the adventures and ideas that Daisy and the rest of the gang create. Cross lives a few blocks away from Daisy and always rides her bike there. She is oblivious to the fact that Cooper likes her but she respects his athletic ability.
Cross’s father is her tennis coach and her mother is her biggest fan. Mr. Archer used to play tennis professionally and now has a successful tennis school. He also made some great investments when he was a rising star and spends time managing those investments. Mrs. Archer is a stay a home mom, who goes to Cross’s tennis matches. Cross is the middle child of three girls. She has an older sister Amy, who is 15 and is too busy to hang out with her, and a younger sister Mallory, who is just 3 years old.
Family Dynamics:
Cross and her father have a strong bond, he started playing tennis with her at a young age and once he saw that she had a gift for the sport, he pursued it with her wholeheartedly. Cross loves spending that time with her dad, and tennis is something they are both passionate about. Even though Cross’s mom is very proud of her daughter, they are two very different people and have a hard time communicating. Mrs. Archer attends as many matches as she can but is also very busy with Cross’s two other sisters. Cross’s mom can relate more to Amy and Mallory, who are into more “girly things” like dance and singing, rather than competitive sports. Mrs. Archer’s only way to connect with Cross is through the tennis outfits that she creates for her. Cross really appreciates her mom’s creativity and has mentioned on more than one occasion that her mom should make more outfits and sell them as a side business. But Mrs. Archer is happy tending to her family.
